"those neighbors"

I think we have officially become "those neighbors" but realistically there were two other house holds involved....

It all started at a charity dinner/silent auction about a year ago for Make a Wish. Brian and Reed had a few drinks and we (Brian and I) left half owners of go cart. Over the last year it has been shuffled between our house and Reed's....apparently it had a few "fixes" that were needed. Well fixes were fixed and this weekend the boys gathered at our house and took it on it's maiden voyage/ride. I didn't get any photos because all the girls were in the house with the babies...Drew, Jack and Brody..it was feeding time. Yes - 3 boys under 4 wks..sounds crazy but it wasn't as crazy as outside.

So why are we "those neighbors"... the go cart is LOUD.. VERY LOUD. But I guess the boys had the rides of their lives up and down our street. After the fun was over...a glare from another neighbor...we tailgated in our driveway and then went down to the park for some basketball.

I love our neighbors and our new friends :)

What I don't love is that our house is the go carts new home...including the gas leak that it has that has penetrated our entire home. Brian is taking care of that today.

Apparently there are more fixes to be made but you are welcome to a ride if you are around for the next neighborhood party. I guess it's pretty fast and dangerous..so adults only please. Not that our husbands are "adults" when it comes to the go cart but I think you get it.
