While most of the US was in 60 or below weather we went to Florida and spent Christmas vacation in the 80's. Different for sure but nice to get a break from the cold wet weather. Here is some stuff we did, thought about and learned...
**Baby safe drugs for flying are worth it.
**We set foot for the first time together in the Atlantic
**Played at the beach.. in december for the first time
**Saw huge sea turtle..not in the wild
**Played croquet (or golf in Grant's terms) on Christmas.. and everyday thereafter
**Went swimming in the pool
**Learned that 6 yr olds breath Webkizs
**Brian went shopping with his mom and I took the nieces shopping :)
**I had my 28th birthday, one year older hopefully another year wiser
**Are more people traveling with little dogs these days? I seriously saw 20 or more in the airport/plane everywhere? I don't think I've even seen one before.
**Both layovers in Vegas. Never been to Vegas and I put $5 in and cashed out $42 Christmas eve!
**Coming home after the cleaners have come is a glorious thing.. they cleaned my toaster and even vacuumed my furniture!!!!!
Overall we had a great trip. Hope you had a great holiday too!!!

Looks like a great tropical vacation! Fun! By the way, I've never been tempted to put my small dog in a designer bag and troop through an airport....don't worry!
