Customer: I'm looking for a good deal.
Christina: Great, we have good deals, NOT 100K off good deals, but yep I've got one house it's a great deal.
Customer: Of course, can I see it.

(Christina shows customer home)

Customer: Love it, I'd like to put in an offer.
Christina: Great, what would you like to offer....
Customer: ...states price ....100K off...

(ok so then I thought..that's where he wants to start. So I turned it in. He went up 20K - final price Mr.Customer says)

Shall I start saying good deals but not 80K off good deals?!!!

Was I unclear? Seriously? Has the real world started speaking another language while I was out on maternity leave?
