I went to round two of the acupuncture yesterday and it was intense. She put the needles in and I had a hot flash and started sweating all over my body. My heart started pounding and I thought I was going to puke. As soon as I worked through it I started to transition into a cold flash...weird huh?! She said these were both good reactions because it meant that my hormones were reacting to the treatment and I was preparing for labor.8am the following morning...no labor.
Conclusion: although acupuncture may not be inducing labor at this point it does do something!
Tomorrow afternoon I go back to the doctor and I'm sure we will develop a plan. Thanks for you prayers! Baby Thomas will be here soon.

I took castor oil to get Chris moving. Of course, that was in the dark ages! The doc said 2oz. and I thought 1oz. should be enough. No. The next day I GOT to take 2oz. and things really started happening if you get my drift. Little Chris was born at 5:55am the next morning.Do doctors even suggest castor oil anymore? Mix it with orange juice and drink fast!! Yum.
